Joshua Tree NP, Some Time At Home
Saturday: (04/02) Leftover chorizo hash, french toast, sausage, and eggs for breakfast. Lou fixed chicken tacos for lunch. While she was at it she fixed a chicken and corn hash, and some chicken potato salad for future meals. Saves a lot of pan washing and cooking time to prepare ahead. We spent the day at home. I was busy getting the blog up to date with pictures and Lou was studying. The weather was nice, much cooler than yesterday and only moderate breezes. For dinner, we had broccoli, chicken corn salad, and Grilled tuna.
