We watched the Loggers Competition. All the contestants were from the sponsoring company, Green Diamond Resource Company or students at Humboldt State University. Above left chopping contest, above right bucking (sawing) contest. Sorry for the flags in the way. No way to get better shots.

When we were staying here at the Del Norte Fairgrounds last week, this was our campsite.
We ran across this RV in Brookings. It's a two wheeled "Solar RV". We saw him at Prairie Creek Redwoods SP a week and a half ago as we were leaving there. He's now 50 some miles North of there. I hope he hasn't been peddling all this time?
