Relaxing At The Honey Bear

Not much going on today. We eventually got going and explored a little North.

Yellow Flowers With Butterfly White Flower
On the road toward Port Orford we took a little hike (1/2 mile) to a point that gave some nice views. Along the trail we saw some yellow flowers with a nice butterfly (top right of flower). Also some white flowers. This one, unlike all the others I've seen had a red center.
Lizard on the trail A view of th Oregon coast
A lizard seen on the trail. The view of the coast from the trail
We looked around Port Orford, a very windy place.

Elk River Fish Hatchery
We went out to the Elk River fish hatchery. Always interesting to see the fish. Rarely see them when we go fishing.
We had dinner tonight at the Black Forest Kitchen here at the Honey Bear again . Very good, again.
Today there were strong winds everywhere, especially at Port Orford, but also here at the Honey Bear. They died down in the evening and we had a nice campfire.
Tomorrow is a day at the fair in Crescent City.
