This is the small recipe good for two people.
Leftover chicken equivalent to a leg and a thigh diced. Smoked chicken is best.
2 potatoes cooked and diced.
2 large hard boiled eggs diced.
4 large dill pickle slices minced.
4oz of peas (personal sized peas in a cup)
Mayonnaise as desired
Dash of mustard
Shake of Tabasco
Salt and pepper to taste
Let it cool for a couple of hours in the refrigerator.
