Saturday: (08/13) Breakfast was latkas with apple sauce and ham. I spent the morning updating the blog and publishing recent photos. Lunch was salmon salad over bread. We looked around Pioneer park and the three museums there. There is a Alaska museum, a railroad museum and an air museum. All were very good. We had Salmon salad for lunch. Every evening there is a band playing at the gazebo in the park. Tonight we watched a group called Anna Lee And Company. For dinner Lou made salmon dumplings. She bought a cookbook that has a thousand salmon recipes. I think she intends to try them all out.
